The Brigand 16-Pounder is an enemy from the turn-based RPG Darkest Dungeon by Red Hook Studios and I translated it to a 3D model.
All models were built in 3ds Max and then brought into ZBrush to add details and damages.
During the texturing process I used the baked curvature map to add depth to details on the cannon itself and achieve a more stylized look.
The stone textures were made in Substance Designer, texturing was done in Substance Painter.

I also added a strong black outline. This was done by duplicating the mesh and inflating it, then flipping the normals and applying a black material.
